With no tickets to this sold out show, I was hanging around backstage when a limo pulled up, the band got out and went inside, except for Bono who walked over and hung out with several of us and talked for quite some time. A woman I was standing with offered me a ticket to the show if I would send her some of my photos. I shoved my camera down my pants and we walked in together. The lyrics from their The Miracle, seemed to sum it up best, we were pilgrims on our way.
